1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the pkr78 platform in any capacity — whether to browse, deposit, bet, play casino games, claim a bonus or contact support — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use pkr78. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use pkr78 you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — corporate or group accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing pkr78 account, active or suspended.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform, including pkr78.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration.

pkr78 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity, age or payment method at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a bank statement or a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.

3Account Management

Each registered player is permitted to hold one account only. If you have forgotten your account details, use the account recovery option on the login page — do not create a new account.

Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information on your account remains accurate. If your contact details, payment method or personal information changes, update your account profile or contact support. Accounts with outdated or incorrect information may face withdrawal delays.

Login Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your pkr78 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pkr78 will never contact you asking for your password. Any activity on your account while you are logged in — including bets placed and games played — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, notify support immediately so the account can be secured.

Account Inactivity

Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. pkr78 may apply a nominal monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts that hold a balance, after giving reasonable notice. The fee will not exceed the balance held in the account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr78 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr78 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, and direct bank transfers.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your pkr78 balance once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process.
• pkr78 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods that cannot be verified may be held pending review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent payment laundering.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period; timeframes are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• pkr78 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal above certain thresholds.

5Bonuses and Promotions

pkr78 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

• Bonuses are for the sole use of the registered account holder and cannot be transferred.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• pkr78 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus terms or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are voided, drawn or cashed out early may not count towards wagering requirements, depending on the specific bonus terms.

6Sports Betting Rules

pkr78 offers betting markets across a wide range of sports, with a particular focus on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments. Football, esports and other sports are also available.

Bet Placement

• Bets are final once confirmed. pkr78 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

Void Bets and Settlements

• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within a specified period, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets already settled at the time of abandonment will generally stand, subject to the specific sport's rules.
• In the event of a result being overturned by the relevant sporting body after settlement, pkr78 reserves the right to re-settle bets based on the revised result.
• Where a market is settled in error, pkr78 reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust balances accordingly.

Manifest Errors

If odds are published due to a clear pricing error — for example, a match listed at odds that are obviously incorrect — pkr78 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled.

7Casino and Slot Games

pkr78's casino section includes live casino tables — baccarat, roulette and blackjack — as well as a large library of slot games and instant win titles from established game providers. The following rules apply to casino and slot gameplay.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino, by physical game results as conducted by the live dealer.
• Technical malfunctions void all game rounds affected. If a game round cannot be completed due to a platform or connection issue, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance.
• pkr78 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet connection issues during a game round that was completed successfully on the server side.
• Individual game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and minimum/maximum bet limits are available within each game.
• Certain games may be restricted when playing with active bonus funds. These restrictions are detailed in the relevant bonus offer terms.

8VIP Programme

The pkr78 VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on wagering activity over a defined period. Benefits increase at each tier and include cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing times and, at the top tiers, a dedicated account manager.

• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. If activity drops below the threshold for a given tier, a player may be moved to a lower tier at the next review.
• VIP benefits, thresholds and cashback rates are subject to change. Current details are published on the VIP page.
• Cashback awarded through the VIP programme is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, unless otherwise stated.
• VIP status and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr78. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings and permanent closure of the account:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected error must be reported to support and may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games.
• Attempting to launder money or use pkr78 for any illegal financial activity.
• Claiming bonuses in bad faith, including using multiple identities or payment methods to claim welcome offers more than once.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pkr78 staff or other players.

10Account Suspension and Closure

pkr78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Suspected underage use.
• At the account holder's own request — including for responsible gaming purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. 11Privacy and Data

pkr78 collects and processes personal information in order to operate the platform, verify accounts, process transactions and provide customer support. The collection and use of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on pkr78, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to any legal obligations that require pkr78 to retain certain records.

12Responsible Gaming

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking partners.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages or network failures.

pkr78's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the relevant time. pkr78 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses.

14Changes to Terms and Conditions

pkr78 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified — either via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated terms will take effect from the date published.

Continued use of pkr78 after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change to the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
